Mountain Climbers

Description

A cardio-intensive core exercise performed in a plank position with alternating knee drives.

  • Shoulders
  • Hip flexors
  • Chest

Required Equipment

  • None

Proper Form

  • Start in plank position.
  • Drive one knee toward chest, then switch quickly.
  • Maintain core stability and rhythm.
