Triceps Dips

Description

A bodyweight pushing exercise focusing on triceps development using a bench or similar surface.

Required Equipment

  • Bench, chair or parallel bars

Proper Form

  • Sit on bench, hands beside hips.
  • Slide forward, lower body by bending elbows.
  • Push back up to full arm extension.

  • Flaring elbows
  • Shoulders shrugging
  • Incomplete range
