Triceps Dips
Description
A bodyweight pushing exercise focusing on triceps development using a bench or similar surface.

Required Equipment
- Bench, chair or parallel bars
Proper Form
- Sit on bench, hands beside hips.
- Slide forward, lower body by bending elbows.
- Push back up to full arm extension.
